With Izopact, it’s possible to integrate window units directly at the insulation level, enabling wall connections without thermal bridges.
Installing Izopact:
Izopact profiles are adhered to the wall using MS polymer adhesive and secured with 7.5 mm flat head window frame screws. The screw length varies based on the required penetration depth into the wall.
Accessories Include:
MS Polymer Adhesive 4.5 m/290 ml cartridge
7.5mm flat head window frame screws, averaging 2.5 per meter.
Key Performance Values:
CF200: λ = 0.045 W/mK, compressive strength 3.5N/mm².
CF300: λ = 0.053 W/mK, compressive strength 6.3N/mm².
CF400: λ = 0.065 W/mK, compressive strength 9.7N/mm².
Assemblies without thermal bridges:
Thermal separation in steel and metal constructions to avoid thermal bridging.
Drilling, slotting and milling to customer requirements.
High performance material with outstanding thermal insulation and maximum strength.
Connector for window sill for PVC window systems with a profile length of 2350mm.
IZOPACT profiles replace conventional insulation profiles for PVC window sills.
The optimal lambda value of IZOPACT leads to a lower U-value, without thermal bridges for windows.
Thanks to the high strength of the Izopact profile, assembly with screws available in the market for window sills is possible without any issues.
Izopact is available in shapes tailored to all PVC window systems.
Model:
Izopact insulation substructure profile suitable for Rehau Euro 86 Dimensions: 45x38x2350mm U-Value: 0.84 W/m²K Load without deformation: 2250kg/m
Insulating substructure profiles for door thresholds, with a profile length of 2350mm.
IZOPACT insulating substructure profiles replace conventional PVC substructures for door thresholds.
The optimal lambda value of IZOPACT results in a lower U-value, without thermal bridges for thresholds.
Thanks to the high strength of Izopact, assembly with screws available in the market for window sills is problem-free.
Izopact is available in cross-sections and individual contours.
